The Camelot Wedding | Kionna + Michael

Not too long ago, Kionna and Michael got married on a beautiful and special day. They planned this day to involve close family and friends in what I called a wedding filled with richness, luxury, joy and love. The time I spent with this love birds on our first couple session was fun and magical. I had a blast. And I just want to say Thank You to the couple for letting me be part of their special day.

The day started well, hanging out with Kionna’s bridesmaids “is luxury”. Below are some of the vendors that made Kionna and Michael’s wedding day so special.

Shola and Olumide | Lagos, Nigeria Wedding

Nigerian Wedding

My wife and I covered Shola and Olumide’s wedding in Lagos Nigeria.  The bride and the groom reside here in the States but they came to Lagos, Nigeria for their wedding.  They are natives of the city with family members in the Lagos area.

This was one of those weddings that from the very beginning you know it was going to be a fun event.   We met Shola and Olumide about two months ago, initially we were only supposed to take their engagement pics, but after the engagement session they decided to put us onboard.

They are the typical couple with whom I love to work. They are full of energy; spontaneous, a characteristic that I believe brought life to the event.  The pictures below show that they enjoyed every moment of their wedding day.

Thanks again to Shola and Olumide for entrusting me to capture one of the most me memorable days of their lives.

We headed down to Surulere, Lagos for the exquisite reception.  It was held at Sam Shonibare Community Centre in Surulere.

Beautiful Birthday Party

A person’s birthday is one of the most important day of their life. Every year, one year is added to someone’s age and the day will be celebrated or recognized. Last Friday, I celebrated with a friend of mine, Toyin, who turned 24. I was able to meet new friends and network. I had a great time shooting this event and the food was amazing :D .
