I’ve been looking forward to Onida and Daniel’s wedding for some time because I knew they were going to be loads of fun after the first time I met them. Abi and I met Onida in February 2008 to discuss her wedding.  Her father and sister are also wedding photographers so I was thrilled that she picked us, because I am sure she did a good job researching.

Onida is also a wedding and event planner, Opulent Creations Event Planning, and she planned her wedding herself. The day went smoothly and we had so much fun with them and got some truly amazing shot even though it was about  36 degrees outside.

Her dress was elegantly placed on a window sill absorbing and radiating all the natural light coming through the window.

This is one of my favorite image. Definitely have to print this one in large.

The bride’s mom looked just like her (Onida) on her special day, and I know this image look just as special.

The couple decided to see each other before the ceremony.  This is great because we had so much time to shoot the couple and more time for the formals.  We spent our next 1.5 hours in the cold winter weather.
